Shipments and returns

Delivery:

The shipping of the ordered items can be done in France, DOM TOM, Europe and World. For each order, the user is asked to pay a flat-rate contribution to the transport costs, the amount of which varies according to the delivery zone. This amount is indicated on the website www.vapocalypse.fr.

Shipping costs include packing, handling and postage. We advise you to group your purchases in one order. We can not group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each one.

The user has the choice to be delivered:

  •  At home
  • Or at another particular address than the billing address.


The Company VAPOCALYPSE undertakes to make the deliveries of the ordered and available articles in delays between 2 to 8 days according to the delivery zone. The delivery time for the amp customization is 1 to 3 weeks depending on the work to be done.

Shipments are processed from Monday to Friday except holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday. Any order placed after 17H is processed the next day.
Delivery times by La Poste:

The postal delivery time for Courrier Suivi and Colissimo is 72 working hours, given by La Poste for indicative purposes and without any guarantee. Do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone if you do not receive it on time.

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as you ship it, and you will be able to know where your delivery is on La Poste's unified tracking site:

Late delivery can not give rise to any penalty or compensation, nor motivate the cancellation of the order.

Returns:

All items may be exchanged or refunded except for those marked to the contrary.
The exchange or refund must occur within 15 days from the date of delivery or withdrawal.


Prior to any exchange or refund, the article must be returned to the company VAPOCALYPSE in its original packaging and at the expense of the user. Please contact us before any planned return.


If the new order is of a higher amount, the user must attach to the exchange order the payment of the remainder.
Conversely, if the amount of the exchange is less than the initial amount, the user will be credited with the difference by bank transfer.


In the case of a request for reimbursement of an item that has been awarded free of charge or at a reduced cost for a special offer proposed to the user, it will be refunded in part from its commercial value and not in its entirety. .

Address errors:

The return shipping costs in case of error caused by the customer (NPAI, unclaimed, refused without valid reason, incomplete or incorrect address) remain the responsibility of the customer.
